Acceptance of a
membership or day guests is at the sole discretion of the
management.
Management
reserves the rights:

To close part or
all of the facilities for maintenance or special events.

To alter, revoke
or supplement the rules and regulations as deemed necessary, and
shall make every effort to inform all members any amendments.

To review and
adjust fees and charges at their discretion.

To deny renewal
of a current membership without providing any explanation.

May
cease/terminate a membership with forfeiture of fees to any
person(s) who fails to abide by the Club regulations.
Members’
Responsibilities
-
Members shall
conduct themselves in a proper manner with due consideration for
other members. The Club Manager has the right to instruct
misbehaving members to leave the Club premises immediately.

Any incidences
pertaining to a Club employee not rendering a courteous service
or any other dispute that may arise between the Club member and
the Club employee should be reported to the Club Manager
immediately.

Any person within
the Club property who losses, damages or destroys any property
of the Club shall be responsible and liable for the repair or
replacement of such property at their sole expense, and shall
indemnify the Club against any costs or expenses whatsoever
incurred by the Club in repairing or replacing such property.

CD players,
radios and tape players may only be used in the Club premises
with headphones.

Food and
beverages may not be brought into Club premises.
-
Pets are not
allowed within any part of the Club.
-
Appropriate
clothing must be worn when using the facilities, i.e.,
appropriate swimwear at the beach and pool area, gym attire at
the Health Club and appropriate apparel when dining in any one
of the restaurant outlets.

It is forbidden
for any members or their guests to take and remove any item that
belongs to the Club.
-
Games or
activities that are deemed disturbing or dangerous to any person
or property will not be permitted.
-
Commercial
advertisements must not be posted or circulated in the Club nor
shall business of any kind be solicited or transacted on the
property without prior approval of the management.
-
Members have to
ensure that lockers are emptied after each visit.
-
Any belongings or
items found shall be immediately handed over to the security
department.
-
Members’ 15 per
cent discount may not be availed in conjunction with any other
special offers at the Club.
